What We’re Looking For
We’re hiring Framing Carpenters, Crew Leads, and Laborers who:

Show up ready to work, rain or shine
Follow instructions and respect the crew
Take pride in building things the right way
Want to grow in the trades and work with leaders who’ve done it all
Are legal to work in the U.S. and safety-minded

Job Duties (depending on role)
Wood framing (walls, floors, roofs)
Sheathing, blocking, layout
Site clean-up, lifting materials, assisting crew leads
Reading plans and measuring accurately
Following all safety rules and wearing PPE

Requirements
Basic tools (or willingness to learn and get equipped)
Reliable transportation
Construction experience a plus — but we also train
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
